Lego Love

Me and Jasper love Legos. We build lots of things with them. We build ships and cars and buildings. We also build with Duplos. Duplos are just like legos but they are bigger. With duplos we build time machines, birds and ships. There are also mega blocks. Mega block are like duplos but they are bigger. With Mega blocks we build Temples and thingumabobs. Legos Duplos and Mega Blocks are very fun. I think legos are the best. They even make  special legos called lego mindstorms. Lego mindstorms Are lego built on to a special lego computer that tells lego motors and sensors what to do. At computer club house we have lots of Mindstorms. Each year we enter the lego mindstorm contest. Once you enter the contest they send you a box. Inside the box is a mat a bunch of lego parts and instructions. With the lego parts and the instructions you build courses for your robot. Then you have to make a robot that fits one of the courses. To win the contest you have to succeed on each course perfectly.

What we learned in India : How to play chess

Last week in India we learned how to play chess.

This is how thy board is set up.

This is the rook. It can move up, down, left and right as shown.

This is the bishop. It can move diagonally as shown.

This is the queen. It can move in all ways as shown. 

 This is the knight. It can move in "L"s as shown.

 The small ones that are out are called pawns. They can move one or two forward on their first move, but for the     

rest of their moves they can only move one forward as shown. They can only attack diagonally though.

This is the king. It can move wherever it wants just like the queen, but only one space at a time.

That is how the pieces move and the setup of the board. Now you can play! 

The Nativity - trailer

I made my own movie! But this time I made a trailer for it! The trailer is super cool. You will want to watch it over and over again! It has an adventure theme. You are going to love it! It is the greatest thing I have ever made! In fact, You can watch it right now! Go ahead! Maybe you will learn something about Jesus!

Ninjago spinners!

Jasper and I love to play with Ninjago spinners. This is what ours looks like. It has skulls on it. 

 These are our guy's weapons. There's a thingy, a sword and a golden axe.

 These are our guys. They are a skeleton and a ninja. The ninja is called Zane. The skeleton is called Bonezi.

 This is how my guy goes. He gets the axe and the sword.

This is how Jasper's guy goes. He gets the thingy. 

Lego ninja house!

Jasper and I love to build Legos. We have built lots of stuff. This time we decided to build a ninja house. This is the whole thing.

The back was super cool. It had a training room, my guy's bed, a jail and my guy's throne.

The training room was super cool. You had to go through some spinners and jump onto a platform.

This is my guy's bed. It was up high.

This is my guy in his throne.

Jasper's guy's room was cool too. It had steps to it. Legos are super fun.
