Lego Love

Me and Jasper love Legos. We build lots of things with them. We build ships and cars and buildings. We also build with Duplos. Duplos are just like legos but they are bigger. With duplos we build time machines, birds and ships. There are also mega blocks. Mega block are like duplos but they are bigger. With Mega blocks we build Temples and thingumabobs. Legos Duplos and Mega Blocks are very fun. I think legos are the best. They even make  special legos called lego mindstorms. Lego mindstorms Are lego built on to a special lego computer that tells lego motors and sensors what to do. At computer club house we have lots of Mindstorms. Each year we enter the lego mindstorm contest. Once you enter the contest they send you a box. Inside the box is a mat a bunch of lego parts and instructions. With the lego parts and the instructions you build courses for your robot. Then you have to make a robot that fits one of the courses. To win the contest you have to succeed on each course perfectly.

Maker Space

At my computer club we do maker space. We are called young makers. We think of something then we    make it! Wednesday, July 10th, We tried to make a bicycle louder. I had an idea to make a shaker. I made it by filling a jar with buttons and attaching a string to the lid. But we couldn't find a way to attach it to the bike. Yesterday, we tried to make balloon cars. We had to use legos a balloon and a straw. Me and My friend Trevor ran out of time and didn't make car. On tuesday we hake to make balloon blimps.                                     I didn't really know what to do so I just watched. After maker space, we work on our personal projects.  My personal project is a super mario bros game I am making on Scratch. At the very end we have free time. Mr. Kurt unlocks youtube from the internet then. I love maker space.

The Adventures of Leif Eriksson

This is my Leif Eriksson lego movie! I made it all by my self!

Bergs Monster-Truck Party!

Berg decided to have a monster-truck party! We built him his own monster-truck track!

But it rained and we had to have his party at the church. The jam wasn't as exiting but the track was!

We brought the go-cart, the jeep and the four wheeler. We used the four wheeler as Berg's personal monster-truck that he could drive by him self.

 Kivi and I took turns driving the go-cart. Julia Vanderpol loved it.

 Berg loved the four wheeler but he also loved the jeep. Everybody also loved pushing him.

Bergs cake was awesome! But it kept falling down.

Berg had the time of his life. I love him a lot.

The gocart

 I love the go-cart. It is super fun.

 It can go really fast! But sometimes the brakes get unhooked.

 When I drive it I like to go at its full speed. Dada says its full speed is about two miles an hour.

 Jasper loves the go-cart. Whenever I go really fast he says, "My eyeballs are frozen!"

 When ever I stop he goes really far down in his seat. Then I have to park the go-cart in the right position so that the next people don't crash at first.

 Kivi likes to go fast sometimes. She is a little scared that she will crash.

But afterwards she loves it! The go-cart is great.

Great Wolf Lodge 2013

We went to Great Wolf Lodge again! But at first we missed the exit so... we got to have dinner while watching Wreck it Ralph!

Finally we got to Great Wolf Lodge. We went to the water park first.

The water slides were awesome! My favorite was the Tornado!

There were also mini water slides on a giant water fort! They were smaller than the Tornado.

After that we did Magi Quest! This is us getting a mission.

When we waved our wands at the mission tree this is what our title screen looked like. Our team name  was the Magic Four. (Minus one. Opal left the game.)

Opal's favorite thing to wave her wand at was this book. This is what it said, "Once upon a time there was a brave magi. Stuff happened, blah blah blah, the end. Go to bed."
